Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with offtribe. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification, along with tracking details, as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Domestic Delivery Estimates

We proudly ship all across India. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–5 Business Days

3. Special Occasions & Situations

While we do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives within the 4 to 5-day window, delivery times may vary during special circumstances. Expect potential delays during:

  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disruptions.

  • Unforeseen logistical strikes or courier service delays.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number on our tracking page or the courier partner's website to check the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

offtribe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the shipment carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
