We want you to love your Offtribe gear. If something's not right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging.
Timeline
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, innerwear, and customized products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Request an exchange instead of a refund — same 7-day window applies.
